The material is a single-piece fabric. Light cotton brocade with Bazin Riche background. It has been sourced from a reputable organization and made to a very high quality.

The fabric is sold by the yard. They are not pre-folded from the manufacturer so the quantity ordered is cut along folded edges so they are in line with the described size of fabric

The length of a yard is 36 inches and width is 45 inches

Just for clarity, a yard of fabric is  36 inches (length) x 45 inches (width).

Each order will be cut in a continuous length as guided below.

Size Guide
An order of 1 yard (order quantity 1) will be cut as 36 inches x 45 inches.
An order of 2 yards (order quantity 2) will be cut as 72 inches x 45 inches.

Returns
Returns would be honored as follows.
1. Item is not as described.
2. Item has been carefully packaged in original packaging.
3. Item is odourless and not winked up so that it is sellable.
